The Phoenixx is Rising!

The tale of the Phoenix is well known – a majestic bird lives for ages, goes out in a blaze of glory, and is reborn from the ashes. The malt base for this offering, Phoenix, was a legend in its own right and shares this story of rebirth and renewal. After its demise in 2018, our distiller revived the legend and through fire, lifted this expression from the ashes, breathing life into the Phoenix Rising.

Phoenixx Rising #2 has been aged an additional year making it a 3-year-old malt whiskey made from the wash of our Phoenixx Double ESB recipe(without hops) finished 5 months in a French Oak Barrel.
