Three Way Texas Bourbon Release & Steak night

You are cordially invited to join us at Wilson Valley Mercantile from 5-9PM 11.18.23 for the release of Wilson Vallery Three Way Texas Bourbon. This is our first Seed to Sip Bourbon release. It has been aged 1 year at the distillery located on Evans Ranch. The grain (corn, wheat and oats) was all grown on the ranch. Milling, mashing, fermenting, distilling, barreling and bottling, from start to finish all happened in Wilson Valley. This is as local and as Texas as it gets. We will also be having our first steak night in the tasting room. Beef from right here at Evans Ranch will be featured, please call 254.982.4265 or email info@evansranch. net for a reservation for steaks, as we will only prep steaks for the reservations. The kitchen will have our standard menu available as well. Live music starts at 6pm. Ya’ll be safe!
