When you arrive at our beautiful Hill Country distillery, you’ll be greeted like family and wander the grounds with a masterful storyteller. You’ll have the opportunity to taste the different stages of the bourbon making process as we teach you what it takes to make bourbon in the brutal Texas summers. After the tour, you can grab a cocktail or a tasting flight of bourbon at the Whiskey Shack and enjoy sipping on it while sitting in one of their oversized rockers. Every batch of bourbon is hand-crafted right here on property. They would love to invite you down to heavenly Hye, Texas to see it all for yourself.
